Students, are you interested in hosting the official University Welcome for all new Cougs this August?

We are looking for a excited, school-spirited, fantastic public speaker to be our host for the 2021 University Convocation. Falling on the Friday of the Week of Welcome, the host will be the emcee for the event, speaking to the incoming class, introducing speakers, including higher administration, and responsible for engaging our students with a fantastic show.

Requirements:

• Must be sophomore (30+ credits) or more and in good academic standing with the University
• Must have a 2.5 GPA or higher
• Must be available for meetings throughout the summer
• Must be available for dress rehearsal during Week of Welcome
